Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
At Leeba, every piece is crafted with intention and delivered with the same level of care. From preparation to final delivery, the process is designed to feel seamless, secure, and reliable.
Because our jewellery is crafted to order or prepared specifically for each client, we maintain clear policies. This allows us to preserve authenticity, quality control and fair value for our customers.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility:
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging along with all accompanying materials (jewellery tags, certificates, boxes). Engraved, personalized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Clients are required to ship the piece back using a secure and trackable method at our manufacturing unit , our team will guide you through the process. All return shipping costs are borne by the client. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Refund Process
To initiate a return or exchange, clients must contact us at support@leeba.co within 7 days of delivery with their order details and images of product. Once approved, the item must be shipped back as per the instructions provided by our team.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and a quality inspection is passed. The amount is credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any damage or manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or a short video sent to support@leeba.co . Once verified, our team will review and provide an appropriate resolution. This does not cover damage caused by wear, accidental impact, or improper handling.
Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
