Pricing

All prices listed on our website reflect the current value of the materials and craftsmanship involved. Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in market conditions, metal rates or diamond prices.

The final amount displayed at checkout is the amount payable.
Customs duties, taxes or country-specific charges for international deliveries are not included and must be paid by the client during import clearance.

Orders and Availability

An order is confirmed once full details and payment (where applicable) are successfully received.
Some designs may be available in limited quantities or exclusively on a made-to-order basis. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team will notify you and offer the closest possible alternative.

Leeba reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion, including cases involving incorrect pricing, suspicious transactions or operational limitations

Production Timelines

Ready-stock jewellery is prepared and dispatched within two to three days.
Made-to-order creations require three weeks for crafting unless otherwise communicated.

Clients will be informed if additional time is required for complex or bespoke designs.

Shipping and Delivery

All deliveries are handled through trusted and insured logistics partners.
Shipping timelines vary by region. International orders may experience delays due to customs processes, which are beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds and Defects

Leeba follows a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

In the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect, Leeba will arrange a complimentary pickup and resolve the issue according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Damage caused by improper handling, chemical exposure or normal wear is not covered.

Cancellations

Once production or dispatch has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
Requests submitted before processing begins may be reviewed, though approval is not guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all personal and shipping information provided is accurate.
Any fees arising from incorrect addresses, non-availability during delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts will be borne by the client.

Limitation of Liability

Leeba is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, natural circumstances or incorrect information submitted by clients.
Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased and subject to defect verification where applicable.
